In
1994, she graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing
Arts majoring in ballet. During the years of her studies, Jady
had been invited as a guest performer for the Hong Kong Ballet
Group and the Hong Kong Dance Company.
Jady continued her ballet training in Vancouver Goh Ballet
Academy. In 1995 she moved to Toronto continued her dance
training in modern dance and graduated from the School of
Toronto Dance Theatre in 1998.
She
then went on to further her training in modern dance, ballet and
jazz in New York.
Returning to Toronto, Jady has since devoted her time to teaching
and regularly to being a guest instructor at various schools in the
community.
Jady is a professional dancer, over the years in Hong Kong, New York
and Toronto, she has performed works created by numerous independent
choreographers and has been invited as guest performer for different
dance groups. Such as Wu Ming Dance Project, fFida International
Dance Festival, Sooryu Dance Festival, Toronto International Ballet
Theatre. 
Jady Sit
started her classical ballet training at an early age of ten. In
1993, she received the Royal Academy of Dancing Solo Seal
Award.
